12 editions, the same essence

This year at HTL, we set ourselves a simple but very meaningful goal: to share what happens behind closed doors.

This is how HTL PEOPLE, our internal magazine, was born and has been published every month since. It was designed as a space to share stories, achievements, lessons learned, and everything that makes up our culture.

Each edition had the same goal: to bring us closer together, build identity, and give visibility to what happens in the company beyond operations.
